IBRM draws data from processors and sensors installed in critical parts of the machine to monitor key parameters, working conditions and the status of the Automation System and allow to identify machine errors in real time and to promptly inform the user.
All data are sent through a gateway to a Microsoft® operated ‘cloud’ where it is processed through dedicated algorithms which compare actual parameters with predefined values. If any parameter deviates from these preset values an alert is sent to the user, allowing to intervene an avoid any machine downtime.
